Assistance with routine daily activities of living, meal preparation, and medication management
Elders who require additional support for basic hygiene and grooming, showering, dressing, continence management, dementia and help with mobility and transferring.
Specialized high level of care for Elders needing extensive assistance with activities of daily living and support for cognitive impairments such as advanced dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or stroke.
This structure provides Elders and Families with predictable monthly rates, allowing for peace of mind and easier financial planning. By covering a wide range of care and services for one fee, residents can focus on enjoying their time with us without the worry of unexpected costs.

The cost of assisted living facilities can vary enormously. Unlike the majority of traditional assisted living facilities, which price their services using a room rental rate plus service add-on fees depending on resident needs, Villas at Killearn Lake’s All Inclusive level of care pricing model is simple, predictable, and offers a tremendous value to our residents and their families.
We believe our predictable pricing gives families financial peace of mind and emphasizes the significance of a person-centered relationship. Our unique home and preferred home setting, with up to 12 Elders in each home, provides security, comfort, and sense of belonging. We provide a better quality of life and a more affordable alternative to your loved one receiving in-home healthcare.
The Villas is competitively priced in the middle range for our area. We believe pricing in the mid-range, coupled with the provision of an environment of quality care, will be viewed as equal to or superior to more expensive facilities and thus serve as a recipe for success. We are confident our model will become the new standard for person-directed, affordable assisted living facilities in Tallahassee and surrounding areas.

Villas at Killearn Lakes’ community of homes for assisted living and memory care provides our Elders with the exceptional care that they need in a loving home environment. Elders and their families can feel safe and secure knowing that they will receive personal and specialized care. Our Elders know that they are home.
Our Care Partners provide help with routine daily activities, meal preparation, and medication management.
Our Care Partners provide a moderate level of care, with additional support for basic hygiene and grooming, showering assistance, dressing, continence management, and help with mobility and transferring.
Our Care Partners provide a specialized high level of care for Elders sometimes bed-bound or suffering from cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease or stroke. Extensive memory care included.
Respite Care and short-term stays are available at the Villas for Elders who are recovering from a medical event or for a caregiver who may need respite from caring for a loved one. Available upon request - up to a 31 day maximum.
